不能说advise (not) to do sth，也不能说advise against doing sth，可以说：advise (not) doing sth, advise sb against doing sth和advise sb (not) to do sth
如果是advise后面加宾语从句，则从句使用虚拟语气，即从句的谓语动词由“should + 动词原形”构成，且should可以省略。
所以我怀疑答案是不是C，即not go是should not go的省略

5. 答案were有误，正确答案是：would be
此题考查混合虚拟语气语法。

但是主句是对现在动作的虚拟（now），所以主句谓语动词由“would/could/might/should (not) + 动词原形”构成。
6. had been
考查wish后面宾语从句的虚拟语气用法。
如果是对过去动作的虚拟（原句是was not my girl friend），则从句使用过去完成时。

汉译英：
Had the weather been fine then, I would have gone fishing.
解释：从句意来看，是对过去动作的虚拟。此时if从句使用过去完成时，而主句使用“woiuld/could/might/should have done sth”做谓语。
正常句序为：If the weather had been fine then, I would have gone fishing.
此时根据倒装语法，把if去掉，再把助动词had提前至从句句首，就变成答案了。
