个人觉得如果选C并没有语法错误，因为deserve 后面可以跟名词，而being well paid 在这里是可以看作是动名词的。
但是最常用的还是deserve to do 或者 deserve to be done
因此以后碰到类似的问题，首选A，如果没有A这样的答案，选C

在英语中，有时候是不能只考虑语法的，还要考虑语感，也就是英美国家英语的讲话习惯。

Look, I'm not Chinese, I'm Canadian, and I know A is right. Chinese people have a weird way of learning english, so go ask a chinese person to explain it to you. but if you say it out loud, A just sounds right, the other sentences sounds awkward.

dude, do you have friends? if so, you should know when you befriend someone, you don't just do up to them and say "can we be friends?", you would introduce yourself, did your society teach you nothing?

besides, if you weren't planning to use me, then why are you so defensive, and then all of a sudden retreat? China is full of what you chinese call "laowai", and all of us do use computers, so don't "fell" amazed, "feel" it.
