The objective of this paper is to solve the problem of the easily ruptured air suction pipe within the transmission box of the paper suck-up wheel in the trademark paper suction system of soft packet carton packing machine model ZB25, this rupture resulted in the unsmooth suck-up of trademark papers and difficulty in identifying the fault for repair which naturally takes a long time.
通过重新设计商标纸吸风管路的安装位置，将传动机箱内部的吸风气管移至机身外部，使操作人员对吸风气管的工作状况能一目了然，既提高商标纸的吸取效率，又极大地降低维修的时间和材料消耗。
By redesigning the installed position of the trademark paper air suction piping and moving the air suction pipe inside the transmission box to the outside so that operators can clearly see the working condition of the air suction pipe, this design not only will it enhance the trademark paper suck-up efficiency, but also greatly reduce the maintenance time and material consumption.
