买方在收到货后应当马上检查。若发现货物有缺少或损坏的情况，买方应当在收到货物起的三个工作日内与卖方联系； 若发现货物有质量问题，买方应当在收到货物起的两个月内与卖方联系。对破损、有质量问题的产品，卖方负责更换或以货物货值补偿给买方。
