There are 5 groups with a total of 65 employees working in our lab (laboratory), the raltionships between employees are relying on their works. Once stepped out of the lab, relations between one another is not quite that close knitted. For some works, colleagues don't come across each quite so often, their relations are even more distant. Some groups have only 2 or 3 members, they really look rather lonely inside the lab.

there are 5 teams of totally 65 members in our lab, whose relationship bases only on everyone's works. and members from different teams connect even less because of little communication during works between teams. some teams got only 2 or 3 menbers in all, which seem to be always lonely in the lab.
