Compose a dialogue on the following situation.
David Jones, a Canadian businessman, deals in machine tools.
Zhang Ming, Deputy Manager of China National Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation, wants to have direct contact with a Canadian supplier.They discuss ways of doing business, trade terms,discouts,etc.
