Mike exercises every day and he eats vegetables seven times a week. And he eats fruit and drink milk every day. In addition he never eats junk food. He has enough sleep that he sleeps nine hours every day. So he is very healthy.
Dave hardly exercises and he sometimes eats vegetables. And he never eats fruit and never drinks milk. He eats junk food four times a week. And he doesn't have enough sleep that he sleeps only six hours every day. So he is less healthy than Mike.
