正规的来说只有 as good as, 没有单独用 as good
但是口语里面都很常出现。
差别嘛......直接举例说明吧！

as...as... 是一个固定的模式，用来比较东西：
as good as XXX = 像 XXX 一样好
as white as snow = 像雪一样白
as blue as the sky 像天空一样蓝
his face was as pale as a piece of paper = 他的脸苍白得像张纸一样
Mike is as tall as George. = Mike 和 George 一样高

as good (比较不正式，写文章的话不要用！！)：
I like Mke, but Tom is just as good.
我喜欢Mike, 但是Tom 也一样好。
Why don't you choose this one? It's just as good!
你为什麼不选这一个？(这个) 也一样好阿！

→ 单用as good 之所以不正式就是因为它明明是个比较 ("一样") 却没有说是跟什麼东西比较 ("一样好" 是跟什麼东西一样好??)
