我的外国朋友他的QQ升了16级了．但是他不会换头像．我想帮他．但是我的英语也不好……
翻译：我教你换QQ头像。
首先，现在好你要换的头像，保存到某个磁盘内。
第二：点开QQ个人资料，再点击“更改头像”。
第三：点击“本地上传”
第四：把你事先准备好的图片上传上去

first,choose one phote you like(on the net or in your computer),if on the net,download and save it to your disk.
点开QQ个人资料，再点击“更改头像”:
secondly,open you own information of QQ,then click"change the photo".
第三：点击“本地上传”:
thirdly,click "local upload"(不知道本地上传是不是这样翻..)
第四：把你事先准备好的图片上传上去
last,upload the photo that you saved before,that's OK.

首先，现在好你要换的头像，保存到某个磁盘内。
First, Choose one picture you want to use as an icon, save it to a disk
第二：点开QQ个人资料，再点击“更改头像”。
Second, Click QQ个人资料(personal profile), then click更改头像(change icon)
第三：点击“本地上传”
Third, Click本地上传(upload)
第四：把你事先准备好的图片上传上去

Here is a way to change your head portrait:
First of all, collect the head portraits you like and save it to a certain disk.
Next, click your head portrait on top left corner of QQ, and then select "personal setting"->"user information"-> "change"
And then, click"local upload"
At last, upload the head portrait you like most(click "选择"（means OK） on the left one.)
