(4)Factory Interlligent Terminal:FIT
The FIT is an special computer with specially designed software that allows you to perform all of the operations that are available with the GPC orLSS.Programs can also be output directly to an EPROM chip,floppy disk drive,or printing device without any additional interface units.The FIT has an EPROM writer and two 3.5 floppy disk drives built in.
A peripheral interface unit or host link unit is required to interface the FIT to the PC.Using an optical host link unit also enables the use of optical fiber cable to connect the FIT to the PC.Wired host link units are available when desired.
