根据php官方手册，对于sqlsrv这个扩展的需求是这样说明的：
需求
The SQLSRV extension can be used on the following operating systems:

Windows Vista Service Pack 2 or later
Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 or later
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows 7

也就是说，sqlsrv这个扩展仅被用于windows平台，并且其版本要是windows Vista以上的版本才能正确运行。
