摘 要：近年来，无论在网上还是在一些报纸杂志上，甚至在日常的生活工作和学习中都经常会碰到“Blog”、“博客”“教育Blog”等一类的词语。 “博客”风靡互联网世界，备受网民青睐，被形象地比喻为“信息时代的麦哲伦”、“不停息的网上旅程”、网络时代的个人“读者文摘”、以超级链接为武器的“网络日记”等。博客代表着新的生活、学习和工作交流方式，被认为是继E_mail、BBS、ICQ之后出现的第四种网络交流工具，是“互联网的第四块里程碑”。那么究竟什么是“Blog”,它在教育教学上有什么功能，它是否可以替代传统教学而成为教师教学和学生学习的主要方式？我们要如何正确对待博客这一新兴的教育方式呢？这是本文的主要研究内容。
