He had two neighbours , one was Carl , He mended cars . The other was Poppy . She was a music teacher .There was a loud voice when Carl was mending cars or Poppy was teaching music . Mr Flinch can't stand this .He did some bad things with Carl and Poppy .
But they did't feel afraid ,they were still happy .Mr Flinch said to them that if they move house . He would give them a great number of money. At last , they desided to move.
Mr Flinch was very happy .But on the moving day.Mr Flinch knew that Carl and Poppy are going to swap their houses！
