英语论文作业要交了，求个高手帮忙纠错修改。。。。

Abstract
Employment difficulties is very serious in social life. Undergraduates choose the job involuntarily even it doesn’t match the majors. In the long run, it will have a bad impact on education and market economic. So it’s necessary to solve this problem. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the employment difficulties, to develop Undergraduates’ careers, to create a career belong to own, and particularly to have confidence and courage. The paper is composed of three major parts :(1)Different reasons for the employment difficulties.(2)The solutions of the difficulties.(3) Self-perception and Self-surmount—The value of Self-employment. Foreign Undergraduates, house, marriage and famous person as examples are discussed in the paper. This paper concludes that Undergraduates can overcome the difficulties and realize the dreams if they know themselves and surpass themselves.
