你说的意思不同性质的动词句意不同应该是指since吧
It's three years since he came here. (come 非延续性动词， 他来这儿有三年了)
It's three years since he lived here. (live 延续性动词，表示动作从这一刻结束算起， 他不在这儿住有三年了)
