Nowadays young people like using some words that have different shapes but have the same pronunciation to express meanings. For example, may be you will think the meaning of "Shen Ma" is myths horse, but actually it means "what" and in Chinese it is the same as "Shen me". As for "Gei Li", it means "come on".
Young people like something particular so the Internet language is popular. I think it's interesting to use them on the Internet but you need to be careful of using them in our daily life. When you talk with friends you can use them. Do not use them in your exam or some serious occasions.
