If the Letter of Credit calls for draft(s), in case single presentation covering multiple shipments, complete set of documents must be accompanied by its own draft for each shipment.

If we send a notice of discrepancies to the presenting bank or otherwise refuse documents presented to us, not withstanding the provisions of the UCP in effect on the date of issue of the credit,upon our receipt of Acceptance/ Payment from applicant for any waiver of discrepancies, we will release documents to the applicant without further notice to the presenting bank unless prior notice is received by us to the contrary from the presenting bank.

如果信用证要求汇票，万一一票单证包含多种运输方式，一份完整的单证必须带有每种运输方式自己的汇票。
如果我们送出一份不符通知给提示行或者其拒绝了我们单据的提交，世纪的开证日期不可与UCP的条款相悖，一旦我们收到从申请人那里受到关于任何不符点的承兑/支付，我们将释放单据给申请人只要没有提示行进一步的通知，除非提示行从相反一面的通知提前到达我处。
