血清透明质酸和层粘连蛋白检测在肝纤维化诊断中的价值
摘要：透明质酸（Hyaluronic Acid,HA）和层粘连蛋白（Laminin,LN）均是构成人体基质的主要成分，生理情况下二者在血液中含量较少，但均具有重要的生物学意义。近年来研究证实，HA和LN水平与肝纤维化的活动水平及程度密切相关，为了进一步探讨HA和LN对肝纤维化的诊断价值，我们应用放射免疫分析方法（RIA），对120例各种肝病患者及50例正常对照者血清中的HA和LN含量进行了观察。结果显示各肝病组患者血清中HA和LN含量均高于正常对照组，尤以肝硬化和慢性活动性肝炎患者最为显著，HA和LN的变化与肝病的病变程度和肝纤维化活动度成密切正相关，同时测定HA和LN可显著提高阳性诊断率。
