您好,本公司每单货的质量: 前期、半期、后期的控制程序细节如下。
1． 前期：在投入生产车间前，我司品管部会根据客人提供的样衣和制作要求去审核。
（1）整件大货所需要的辅料，例如：面料、里料、拉链、魔术扣、四合扣等等。
（2）车间班长做一件产前样给品管部确认做工是否与样衣相同。一切都在确认无误的情况下，大货方可下到车间去生产。
2．中期：每个班组都有设半检人员，对生产的半成品中都依依进行质检，同时还有位巡检人员，每天都会按照此款大货生产安排工序流程表依依进行质检、品质上跟踪。
3．后期：大货出来成品生产后车间总检先验，品质好的下到后整车间，后整车间总检再验。好的成品方可进行包装，由后整班长安排。包装和进入纸箱，同时，我司QC会拿生产别单去对后序工作进行抽查，抽查比率达10%，例如，箱麦、内包装、外包装，等等。抽查完后确保品质OK，包装OK，以及后序工作无误的情况下，品管部写一份出货报告单，大货方可出货。

our company have strict inspections over the quality of our products ,which is consists of three parts:
first, the relevant department will make sure the materials and style in accordant with the samples our clients offered us .and then the first producter would be made and send to the department for inspection ,only when it is proved to be of high quality then in will be produces in large amount
second, the half-made products will be inspected too and our inspection staff will surpervise the process of the work.
last but not least,the whole done products would pass the last in spections and then be packeted...................
