   用一个简单的一点的句子 把这个当做一种模式来及

   (There are problems) vs (I do the homework)

   (for there to be problems) vs (for me to do the homework)

   这是非常典型的强调句

   It is ...... that ......

   可以把这个去掉变成

   He won the Nobel Prize with her support. 

   变成强调句 就是把要强调的部分放在It is ...... that ......里面
