if i were the top manager of one company.i would like to select the young employees to be my staff,but,the staff must hard working and intellgent enough.the most important is the one who learns with an open mind from the experienced staff members.
i would like to let the less experienced staff members work with the more experienced ones.in my opinion,it is one of the best method to work.by this way,the existing employees can upgrading the skill also.
the young employees have the strong spirite to finish the work that the manager or the head of department gave.
these are the reason why i would like to select the young employees.
