这句话有语法错误吗

At the start of the second year, I changed my major EE to FE because of my intense interest in this realm. Since that I have followed my innate interest and never stop working hard on this new programme.

1.第二句，since后面一般加时间点，that代替的是“改专业”这件事，所以最好用since then，自从我“改专业的那个时候”；

2.同样是这句话，I have followed and never stopped，stop和前面的follow是并列动词，所以两者形式要保持一致。用过去分词。I have never stopped...；

3. innate interest在两个句子中出现了两次，有些重复，可用heart或者my real love等来代替。

其他没有什么问题了，总得来说写得还可以。

1.加不加from应该都可以的。change 有以下用法：
change to连用。
如：Wait until the lights change to green.
change sth.to sth.
如：I should like to change these pounds to dollars.

change from ... to ...
如：Water may change from a liquid to a solid.

EE作为同位语时，可以忽略成分，I changed my major to FE.符合第二种用法。这样就可以了。
I changed my major from EE to FE.这样也可以，不过EE不做同位语使用了。
2.个人觉得用得没有问题，而且使原文添彩。

第一句没啥大问题，changed 后面加from，从ee到fe；realm改成field或subject。第二句since that改成since then，句型为have been doing sth.，have been following ... and never stopped ... 。

changed后可以不加from吗，为什么用have been following 不用have followed？

since这种句型有两种搭配，一种是到目前为止已经结束的动作，可以使用have followed/stopped这种；另一种是动作从过去开始，到目前还在进行中，未来还要继续下去的情况，应使用have been doing sth. 的句型。我理解你可能要表示的是兴趣还在进行中，因此用后者。
