The Food in My Family
Diet plays an important role in our families considering its function, while food is the vital part in dieting. So great attention should be given to food choice. Generally speaking, in Chinese household there are three sections for eating: breakfast, lunch and supper.
As for my family, things go like this:
Breakfast is the most important part, because it offers almost all the energy we need for the day in terms of nutriology. Therefore food abounding in nutrition with noodles, dumplines, eggs, milk, soybean milk, corn, sweet potato, side crops etc. is usually given the priority. And my mother is an expert in making them into delicacy satisfying us to our heart content.

Nowadays,many families are all like to eat healthy food, besides my family.
There are all kinds of foods in the world. Which one is healthier, the Chinese food or the western food? Different people have different choices.
