extjs传输乱码问题

前台代码

wellringPanel_jhh_Id = wellringPanel_jhh_Id.getValue();

};
Ext.apply(store.proxy.extraParams, new_params);
}
后台接收代码：
jhh = ParamUtils.getParameter(request, "jhh");
中文就变成了乱码

1、确认你的js代码和后台jsp代码的页面格式是否都为UTF-8
2、请求的method是否为POST
