在汉语中 if (如果)是没有问题的。 在英语中 if 很可能向 whether 倾斜。这是英语语感告诉我的。 think it over before you take further action.

我觉得know后边应该加个it，要不显得有点儿突兀；然后，就是定下来我感觉应该用fixed，比较好一点儿，你自己可以再斟酌一下
