Hi, I'm a member of 64249053.
I made a booking, ticket from SHENZHEN to SINGAPORE on 28th Feb, but later I canceled booking and required a refund.
I was noticed there would be a reply in 5 working days, and 10 days has passed, but I still get no answer.
I really want to know how is it proceeding, how long should I wait for more.
