Hello.This is Li Hua.Thank you for your letter.I am sorry to hear that you are becoming fatter and fatter now.But don't worry,Tom.I would like to give you some advice.As a matter of fact,being fat is nothing serious,so there is no need to be sad.Usually,eating too much meat and fat together with a lack of exercise leads to a rise of weight and fattness.So,in my opinion,you should do the following.First,keep doing exercise for more than half an hour every day.Second,keep a balanced diet.Eat more fruit and vegetable and little meat.Third,have a long walk after a meal.I hope that will help you.Good luck.

Dear tom . I am sorry you are having trouble in getting fat . And i want to tell you that you don 't need to worry about fat .But how to keep fit ? Here are some tips : First , doing much exercise can help you keep health. Second , have a balance eatting habits . Drink more water . Eat more vegetables ,it ' s good for you body . 不要介意的胖可是一种福相啊!但是也不要太胖会对自己不怎么活套的!建议早上跑步,打打篮球就是多做运动量。让脂肪有效的减少!
