Recent economic recession in Europe and North
America divert more of Jot’s attention to the Asian markets. Just one week
earlier the Board of Director of Jot received from a merchant bank regarding a private
placement opportunity of HY which is available only to accredited investors as
determined by local regulatory authorities. Deadline to response will be two
weeks after the issuing of the offer.

The mechanism is to offer up to C$650,000 Flow‐throughunits. The non‐brokered placement will be for up to 5,416,667 units.
The Flow‐through units will be at a purchase
price of C$0.12. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of
the Company, and one half of one non transferable share purchase warrant. Each
whole share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share
of the Company at a price of C$0.21 per share for 18 months from closing,
subject to an accelerated expiry, such expiry being accelerated to 30 days in
the event the Company’s shares have closed at or above a price C$0.40 per share
for 10 consecutive trading days on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The proceeds from the Flow‐through component of
this private placement will be used to fund the Super Space Warrior project
scheduled to be launched in the first quarter of 2013.

Jon is planning to convert at least 21% of HY
shares so that Jot can influence and participate in HY’s marketing development
and policy. Jon anticipates such “collaboration” would provide Jot with an additional
10% after tax cash profit in each of the coming years.
