Answer to question 1: the emotion I experienced once was nervousness( 紧张)
2) the situation: It was a 4*100 relay race.
3) My teammates and I were preparing for the upcoming race and warming up for it. We were patting each other on the shoulder and cheering up. I felt so nervous because we came the second in the 4*400 one. Then our coach gathered us together and told us there was nothing to worry about, and there was no pressure or risk involved.
4) What did I do next? I imagined us winning this race and people cheering at the finishing line. And I went to the bathroom of course and took a deep breath before running and holding tight my fists and saying to myself : you can do it! And it worked.
