1、去掉with。。。with students是介词短语，类似于状语，不能做主语
2、which改成what。。。of后跟宾语从句，which是定语从句的连接词
3、选D。。。
首先从句的语序跟陈述句语序一致，排除A，
其次，句首would是语气委婉的用法，不表示过去，排除B,D
4、选C。。。
who,what,that在句中可作为主语，宾语，表语，但是这句句子的从句，主谓表都有了，只缺状语（P.S.当然，一个句子中不一定非要有状语）

语序错误，从句的语序跟陈述句语序一致。。。
从句中的主语就是what~

好吧~其实对于这个我也是很纠结的，因为初中老师跟高中、大学的老师讲的不一样~o(╯□╰)o
后来就硬记成what's the matter是主谓宾的语序，不需要调换位置。。。OTL
