具体比例不好说 不过总体概率蛮大的 比intern program高

All the performance during the elite program will be taken into consideration. In particular, the on-field performance takes an advantage position. Once your score in the test is above the bottom line, you have a positive chance to join KPMG. From my part of view, there's no significant differences between the elite and the intern.
