Exercise every day
I used to be a lazy boy, so I was a bit fat. Before I was turning into a boy with a weight of 60 kg, I suddenly realized that exercises not only affects body shape, moreover, it has had great effect on my health.

As I am taking sports class, I can't run fast. I could't take a breath when I tried to run. Additionally, I had difficult in falling asleep. At that time, I finally made my mind to do exercises.
As you can see, I have lost weight , keep fit, handsome, though. The importance of exercise lies in health and happiness, that is, prolong our life.

I am sure I will go on doing exercises, by running every day. I really appreciate what I look like now.
I am getting stronger, thinner and more happier.
