The Purchaser may (without prior notice at any time) set off any obligation then due and payable by the Guarantor under this Deed against any obligation (whether or not due and payable) by the Purchaser to the Guarantor, regardless of the place or currency of payment of either obligation or the office or branch through which either obligation is booked. If the obligations are in different currencies, the Purchaser may convert either obligation into the currency of the other obligation at a market rate of exchange determined by it for the purpose of the set-off. If either obligation is unliquidated or unascertained, the Purchaser may effect the set off in an amount estimated by it in good faith to be the amount of that obligation.
