求助！GODADDY空间问题500 Internal Server Error

我在godaddy买的空间，我更改了一个文件的文件名之后我的网站就无法访问了。请帮我看一下，拜谢了！！！！！错误提示是：500 Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Apache/1.3.33 Server at Port 80

我只是改了一个文件夹的名字，改回来也不行，还是报错之前也出现过这样的问题，等了大概12个小时自己就好了，我想找到具体原因，感觉快被godaddy折腾死了，不敢改文件名了
