1. 用法上一般过去时 表示过去某特定（specific)时间里发生的事、行为、以及所处状态。
一般相应的时间状语为
1) 具体某年（某月、某日） in 1999, in October of 2000, on July 1st, 1999.
2) 有last+时间 last year, last week, last month
3) 有after +时间 after 3 hours, after two days
4) 一段时间＋ago a year ago, two days ago
2. 现在完成时表示“发生在过去某一时刻（没有确切时间),持续到现在，或已经结束、对现在造成影响".

since the last Monday, since we moved to this city
