摘要:
目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1与血管内皮生长因子在鼻咽癌中的阳性表达及与临床病理特征的关系。
方法:本科题应用免疫组化S-P染色法,检测52例鼻咽癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1与血管内皮生长因子在鼻咽癌中的阳性表达,同时取20例鼻咽炎症组织,作对照并作统计学处理。
结果:52例鼻咽癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1与血管内皮生长因子的表达阳性率分别为57.7%(30/52)和63.5%(33/52),缺氧诱导因子-1与血管内皮生长因子阳性染色均呈棕黄色细颗粒状着色,前者表达于细胞核,后者表达于细胞浆。鼻咽炎症组织缺氧诱导因子-1与血管内皮生长因子的表达均呈阴性,两者与癌组织比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。
氧诱导因子-1在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达在病理分级中低分化鳞癌较高、中分化鳞癌增高,两者比较有显著性差异(X2=5.332, P<0.05);同时也随T分期的增加而增高(X2=3.989, P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ鼻咽癌组织的阳性表达率显著高于Ⅰ,Ⅱ期(X2=5.543, P<0.05),有颈淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌组织中的HIF-1α表达显著高于无淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌(X2=5.822, P<0.05)。同样,血管内皮生长因子在鼻咽癌组织中阳性表达随病理分化程度低、T分期增加而增高(X2=5.889, P<0.05;X2=9.871, P<0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期鼻咽癌组织的阳性表达率显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期鼻咽癌组织的表达(X2=6.449, P<0.05), 有颈淋巴结转移者其阳性表达显著高于无淋巴结转移者(X2=7.102, P<0.01)。缺氧诱导因子-1与血管内皮生长因子在鼻咽癌中的表达阳性率呈正相关。
结论:缺氧诱导因子-1与血管内皮生长因子在鼻咽癌中有较高的阳性表达,同时也随病理分化、临床分期、颈淋巴结转移其阳性表达率随病程发展而增高,可作为早期诊断鼻咽癌的辅助指标之-,并可作为判断鼻咽癌预后的重要指标。

Results: 52 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue hypoxia-inducible factor-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor expression positive rates were 57.7% (30/52) and 63.5% (33/52), and hypoxia-inducible factor-1 and vascular Endothelial Growth Factor showed positive staining fine granular brown coloring, the former expressed in the nucleus, the latter expressed in the cytoplasm. Nasopharyngeal inflammatory tissue hypoxia-inducible factor-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor expression were negative, the two organizations compared with cancer there was a significant difference (P <0.01).
