In order to solve the shortcomings in processing the electric current piece of electric switch, this paper proposed kind of sheet metal forming technic and mold design with an attempt to enhance the availibility and efficientcy of material. The paper introduces the process of designing the electric current piece and take into consideration the mold structure, better production efficiency, as well as maintaining convenience.
