jinhua suasage is the traditional product.with time passed,more and more difficulties have been found:the complex techniques,the limitation for economy scale;the shortage of tasty due to lack of juicy;the quality and safety control need to strengthen ;the limited area for production which influence the brand promotion .to solve the problems above,the producing technique can be improved ,and the control on quality and safety issues should be tighten as well.
