一旦这些学校给您发了邮件，请您及时告诉我。
如果您觉得非常麻烦并且耗费时间，您可以把学校发给您的电子邮件转发给我，由我来上传您给我写的推荐信。

I'm so sorry to bother you again. The requirements for sending the reference letters have got differences among the schools for this year's application. In this week The schools that I have applied for may email you to ask you to upload the reference letter.
Would you please let me know if any school contacts you with regard of my application?

If these schools sent you the mails,please tell me on time.
If you feels it is hard for you to do all these and waste your precious time, please forward the email you receive to me. I will upload the reference letter that you have written for me.

I'm so sorry to troubble you.When I was applying the schools,the way to send the letters changed by each school this year.In this week,the schools I have applied will send e-mails to you and we need you to click on the link in the e-mail to upload the recommend letter.
