内盒在使用的时候是放在F纸箱内的，纸箱的内径大概在70*55*35，内盒的尺寸是50*20*5/6或者7，当内盒放在纸箱内可能就不会出现以下问题。因为当内盒放在一个相对比较紧凑的四周内时，它受到压力时四边无法向外弯曲（无法向外弯曲就不会产生下面裂口，请见附件中裂掉的内盒是向外弯曲的），内盒周围的纸箱帮助承受了的压力。因为内盒能承受一定的重量，当达到这个极限时，内盒四周可能会向外弯曲，而压痕处可能会首先裂开。
处理方法：
在内盒放入纸箱前，请不要叠在一起（请在生产过程中不要将内盒叠加的太高），而之后再放进纸箱时根据客人的要求再叠在一起（请尝试一下，确认是否能有效果）~”
内盒可以用CARTON BOX

I'm sorry there will be such a problem, we in the production process are in strict accordance with the quality requirements of production, it is also our first time receive guests put forward about the problem of inside box.
From the picture below can see, split place belongs to the bottom of the box, indentation place (indentation is to ensure that the bottom folding convenience).
Inside box in use is in F the cartons, paper carton inside diameter of about 70 * 55 * 35, inside box dimension is 50 * 20 * 5/6 or 7, when inside box on the cartons might not be the following questions. Because when inside box in a relatively compact four weeks, it under pressure when the edges are unable to bend (can't outward bending will not generate the following split, please see annex split in the inner box is excurved), inside box around the carton help under the pressure. Because inside box can bear a certain weight, when reached the limit, inside box around may be curving outwards, and indentation form may be first crack.
Processing methods:
In cartons, boxes before, please don't fold together (please in the process of production don't put inside box stack too high), and then into the carton according to the requirements of customer to fold together (please try to confirm whether can have effect) ~"
Inside BOX can use CARTON BOX

I am so sorry about the happening of this problem, We did them according to quality requirements strictly when we were producing, and also we have received the inside box problem first time.

we can find in the following picture that the crack located in the bottom of the box and this is the position of the indentation (to ensure to fold the bottom conveniently)

the inside box will be put in the F paper box inside when u were using it, the inside diameter of the paper box are about 70*55*35, the dimensions of box inside are 50*20*5/6 or 7, and it wont occur any problems just like this when the inside box is in. because when the inside box was put in a relative compact space, it wont be bent outward cause of the presure.(no outward bend,no cracks, please the cracked box was bent outward in the attachment), paper box around inside box was under pressure to help. because of the ability to suffer weight, when it reached the limitation,the meterial around the inside box will be bent outward and the indentation position will possible crack first,

handling method:
please dont to fold them together before u put the inside box in (dont to composition the inside boxes too much), then fold it together when u put it in according to customer's requirements)

Because the inner box can bear a certain weight, when reaching the limit, the inner box around may be bent outwards, and the indentation may first.
Processing method:
The inner box into the front of the carton, please do not overlap together ( please in the production process will not box superimposed too high), and then put into the paper box according to the request of the guests and then stacked together ( please try, confirm whether it could have the effect ) "
