4.6. If a provision of this Agreement orprovisions subsequently added to this Agreement should be or become invalid inwhole or in part or if this Agreement should contain a contractual gap, thisshall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of theinvalid provision, such reasonable provision shall apply which, as far aslegally permissible, that approximates what the Parties intended. For thepurpose of filling a contractual gap, such reasonable provision shall applywhich the Parties would have agreed to in view of the purpose of this Agreementif they had considered the issue.
