1、为了适应现代化企业管理的发展，公司成立自动办公软件研发项目组，我担任项目经理。首先通过调研，了解公司各种人员的使用习惯和需求，形成项目需求说明书；然后根据项目需求，制定开发周期、计划、实施方案、过程监控以及收尾和交付产物；最后在预订计划周期内完成任务，按照计划交付产物，并投入使用。

2、MSI也是自己担任项目经理时为开发的一款为公司底层产品，主要功能连接主机，控制权限，并为各个前段团队提供业务及功能性接口。整个产品周期长，涉及业务多，开发要求高。初期，根据各个项目要求，制定统一的公共接口，规范格式；中期对产品进行拓展维护，包括并发，效率、过程监控；后期针对不同项目开发个性化接口。

1. In order to adapt to the development of modern business management, the company established an automated office operational software unit, I am the project leader of this team/unit. Firstly, through survery and research, we were familiarised with the behaviours and needs of different staff in the company, which we used to create a project demand report; then according to the needs of the project, we decided on the project development timeframe, outline, implementation plan, monitoring, after implementation service and final product delivery. In the end we will finish our target within the predicted timeframe, hand over the products according to plan and make the project function properly.

1. For the adjustment of the modern enterprise development, our company set up the R&D group of the auto office software , and I was appointed as the project manager. After research, we learned all working habbits and requirements of all staff, then the requirements introduction of this project has been finished. Later, we make detailed cycle-plans ,  implementation scheme, and proccess minitoring according to the requirements. Finally, we complete all the plans in time and put into service.
