Leisure life
Nowadays,with the development of society,more people can live a happier life and have more time for leisure activities.So leisure life plays more important part in peoplke's life. Then, how can we live our leisure life healthily on earth?
More often,we can see many people play computer games and cellphones.Also,some people use most of their leisure time to play Mahjong，which does harm to their health.
In my opinion,we should make better use of our leisure time by taking exercise,such as running,jogging,walking and playing ball games,which are good for our health at the same time. Beisdes,spending more time on reading and communicating with others is of great help for us to keep healthy.
One of my workmate once used his leisure time on writing and even published two books!
