The guarantee period shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the new building ship be delivered to the ship owner or maximum 18 months after the date of delivery for the vessel in relation to any repair or replacement carried out pursuant to this guarantee so far as such replacement is concerned, including all parts and equipment manufactured or supplied by the seller and/or its subcontractors under this contract.
