第2个,他早晨没有来办公室,不一定是呆在家里,也有可能去另的地方.所以也可又用猜测must have been.上面打成must have to打错了.是must have been

我不知道“must have to”你是怎么想出来的，或者在哪里出现，如果有出处，请指教；如果是你自己想出来的，请解释下理由。
我的理解：must have to根本就不可能存在，要表示主观就用must，要表示客观就用have to， 如果想表达主观和客观上都必须，那就用should或者其他词。所以对于第一题并不是because的原因.
题外话，第一句的逻辑不恰当，直白点，什么狗屁题目，要考查have to和must的知识点就换个题目，he is tired now because he got up early this morning.他现在很累是因为他今天早起。不需要强调主观或者客观，had to 多此一举。

题1和题2,都不可改成must have been，been强调状态，后面不会接get,stay 这些动词
