Claims Processing Services to be Provided:

Price Law Group, APC has been engaged to provide pre-legal claims processing services to Client in the matter of Client’s unpaid claims against its above-referenced insurance company arising out of unpaid property damage sustained by Client on or about _______________________ . In connection with said claims processing services, Price Law Group will attemp to settle Client’s claims on a pre-legal basis.

Fees/Expenses

Client agrees to pay Price Law Group,twenty percent ( 20 %) of the closed and any settled claim amounts which also include any additional necessary supplements for future damage disputes related to said claim. All such proceeds are to be paid by Client’s above-referenced insurance company. Costs and expenses are paid by Price Law Group and reimbursed by Client through any future recovery.

Responsibilities of the Parties

Price Law Group will provide those claims processing services reasonably required to represent Client in negotiating the claim described above and will take reasonable steps to keep Client informed of progress and developments, and to respond promptly to inquiries and communications. Client agrees to be truthful, to cooperate and to keep Price Law Group, informed of any information and developments which may come to Client’s attention, to abide by this agreement, and to keep Price Law Group, advised of Client’s address, telephone number and whereabouts.

Disclaimer of Guarantee

Nothing in this agreement and nothing in any agent of Price Law Group, APC’s statements to Client will be construed as a promise or guarantee about the outcome of this matter. There can be no assurance that Client will recover any sum or sums in this matter. Client acknowledges that Price Law Group and its agents have made no promise or guarantees about the outcome of this matter.

Legal Services:

Should Price Law Group’s best efforts to resolve Client’s claims on a pre-legal basis prove unsuccessful and it becomes necessary for Client to file a court action against the above-reference insurance carrier, the terms of engagement for said legal services are specified in a separate agreement. Price Law Group shall obtain Client’s consent per separate agreement prior to filing any lawsuit on client’s behalf.
