范文如下:

Every morning when i wake up ,I had to wash my drowsiness away with d cup of black coffee.Breakfast i usually take a fried egg sometime with bacon or salami in two french toast ,and cereal mean with milk is always my favorite.

Iunchtime,I eat quite simple.A lunchbox with some vegetables and meat will do.I don't
eat too much.Or i may fall into sleep by the afternoon.

Diner is my best resource pumping energy in.I like seafood a lot.Shrimp ,lobster,shellfish of all kinds are delicious.Wine or liquor ,one of them,will be the must.

I prefer rice to bread at this meal.Tomato with scrambled egg seasoning by some sugar ,sour and sweet flavor,always gives me best appetite!

In the morning, I like light nutrition, eat more cereals and beans.

Milk is a good choice, porridge and side dishes are also very good, must be less salt, nutrition.

Lunch, eat more than breakfast, but still need Cereals, fruit is very important in lunch.

I like apples and hamburgers for breakfast.My friend Peter doesn't like eggs or bananas for breakfast,he likes fish and beef for lunch. I don't like salad or chicken for lunch. Peter likes broccoli and French fries for lunch. Peter likes strawberries and oranges for dinner. I don't like ice cream for dinner.

If you want keep in good heaith,you must have a good eatting habit.For breakfast,i usually have milk and bread,it is dlicious.For lunch,i usually have rice and chicken.For dinner,i usually have soup and fish.it is good for health.My eatting habits are good,so i have a good body.
