DSP（TMS320F2812)在用CCS3.1烧写时CCS提示下列错误时怎么回事？？？

Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000200/-1031 Fatal Error during: OCS, Device driver: Problem with the Emulation Controller. It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect each target from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target. Sequence ID: 0 Error Code: -1031 Error Class: 0x80000200

检查仿真器的驱动是否安装正确
只有仿真器正确连接上后才能烧片

驱动正常，因为我是成批次烧写的，四十块板子也就那么三块不行，电路方面还查不出问题，除了主芯片别的芯片都更换过了，主芯片是测试过的，烧写器硬件复位和驱动重置都试过了，还是不行
