This paper analyzed the status quo of the China-west trading negotiation from a cultural difference point of view. First, the detailed cultural differences are listed, and the cultural difference as the key reason for failures in business negotiation is summaried. Secondly, the impact of cultural differences on the business negotiation is discussed. Finally, the conclusion is drawn based on the above discussion, and the practical recommendations are made to drive the success of negotiation for both Chinese party and western party.
