I love palying basketball. when i was young, my best friends lloved it very much. I want to make friends with hiim, so i should try my best to know how to play it, and now i could play well. Playing basketball has lot of advantages, for example, when i am playing the basketball, i could set free myself and could strengthen my body. After i play basketball, i could concentrate on doing my homework and learn more.

Do you like taking exercise? As we know,taking exercise is good for our health and our life. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax ourselves. If we don't take exercise for a long time, we may easily fall sick.

　　I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I prefer to swim in the sea.
　　Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the park for playing badminton. Besides, I enjoy jogging in the morning. Sometimes, I jog with my parents in the park.
